Supporting Bernalillo County Public Safety

Welcome to the Albuquerque & Bernalillo County Public Safety Scanner website.

It is our mission to bring our law enforcement and emergency services personnel closer together with citizens in our community. We are here to inform the general public of the heroic duties that our police and emergency services personnel perform on a daily basis through our online broadcast of  Albuquerque police scanner and to inform the community as a whole of information that affects their well being as citizens of this community and how they can contribute to the common good.

Along with being able to listen to our broadcast of Albuquerque police scanner live, we provide links to agency websites for the purpose of providing departmental information and helpful tips and tools so that you can better the efforts of our local law enforcement and emergency services agencies through community activism.

Albuquerque Police Scanner - Live Broadcast

Albuquerque Police & Fire, Bernalillo County Sheriff & Fire and NMSP Dist 5

This feed monitors the shared City of Albuquerque / Bernalillo County trunked radio system, a multi-site, simulcast EDACS system.

This is a mixed mode broadcast system with most of the talkgroups operating in Provoice. AFD and BCFD dispatches are analog as are a small number of APD and BCSO calls.  The feed is being broadcast with dedicated hardware from a dedicated computer.  Alpha tags are shown when using an appropriate player or app (phone app or Winamp).

If you are experiencing issues listening to the live broadcast feed and feel the need to file a problem report, please include an email address if you'd like to be contacted regarding your issue.

**  To ensure the best possible audio, the feed computer, scanner and modem are rebooted weekly (usually on Monday or Tuesday).  **
